Tritec are committed to delivering quality solutions that meet customer
expectations and requirements, on time and within budget.
Our Methodology
From the outset we work closely with our customers to fully understand
their requirements from a functional, user and business perspective. Once
the requirements are fully understood we will then prepare a detailed
proposal for the customer's consideration. Projects will be managed and
executed in accordance with our BS EN ISO 9001 based quality management
system, and will follow an agreed project plan from conception through
design, implementation and installation. If required to do so we will
work in accordance with applicable industry guidelines and standards.
We will provide project documentation in accordance with the agreed scope
of supply. Documentation may include some or all of the following:-

User Requirements Specification.

Project Quality Plan.

Project Time and Resource Plan.

Methods Statement and Risk Assessment.

Design Specifications - Functional, Software, Hardware.

Drawings, I/O and Hardware Schedules.

Test Plans.

Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
Flexible Approach
Our approach to any project is both flexible and transparent, and through
the use of engineering change control procedures can readily accommodate
changes in scope or additions at any stage of the project.
Installation
We understand that productivity and utilisation targets are vital to
our customers businesses, and therefore installation can present challenges
in terms of bringing new systems online while keeping business disruptions
to a minimum. We work closely with our customers to formalise flexible
installation schedules to ensure disruptions are kept to a minimum.
Support and Maintenance
We recognise that our involvement in any project does not end when our engineer's
leave a customer's site. We provide a comprehensive backup and warranty
on software, and also provide support services offering varying service
level agreements to ensure customers have the required level of support
and backup. Our support services ensure that an engineer who is familiar
with the installation is available when needed in case of emergency - 24
hours a day, 7 days a week if necessary.
